Ops Perfection is a Contract Mortgage Processing and Operations solutions provider that offers support for all levels of operations for Mortgage Brokers, Individual Loan officers, Processors and many more.
Established in 2019, we have helped many clients streamline their loan origination and operation process by providing a high level of customer service and professionalism without the high cost of in- house operations staff.

Samantha Gilbert
Broker | Process Manager
Samantha brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise gained through 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry in sales, management, compliance, underwriting and processing.
She has built operations departments for large retail banks and over the last 5 years has brought her proven systems and structure to the broker channels. She prides herself on bridging the gap between sales and processing and lives by the ONE TEAM, ONE PURPOSE model. She loves to train new loan officers and processors and see them become successful in this industry. Structuring loans and finding creative ways to make them work is her specialty.
Katie Frank
LOA Marketing
Katie has grown up in the industry watching the good, the bad and the GREAT! She has worked with many Loan Officers on their Pre Approvals and marketing giving the LO time to do what they do best and sell. Katie is very knowledgeable on structuring loans and borrowers love working with her. She helps loan officers stay top of mind with their data base and brings a fun approach to marketing!
Eulis Sanders
Processor
During the COVID pandemic, I transitioned from a career in corporate sales into the dynamic world of real estate. While I initially set out to become an agent, I quickly seized the opportunity to delve into processing—a decision that has since become my passion. I thrive on working directly with clients, particularly when it comes to navigating challenges that others might view as insurmountable.
Beyond the world of processing, I am an avid fantasy football enthusiast and a former rugby player. I also indulge in the nerdy arts of competitive Warhammer 40K, spending my weekends traveling up and down the West Coast with friends to participate in tournaments.

My name is Daisy, and I recently graduated from California State University, Fresno. I am eager to begin my career in the mortgage industry as a Loan Coordinator, where I can develop my skills and build lasting professional relationships. My long-term goal is to become a Loan Officer, helping clients navigate the financial process of securing their homes. In my free time, I enjoy relaxing with my loved ones, watching movies and shows.

My name is Kim, and I am an experienced Mortgage Processor with over 20 years in the mortgage industry. Throughout my career, I’ve developed a deep understanding of mortgage regulations, loan documentation, and underwriting processes. I specialize in managing the entire loan processing cycle with precision and efficiency, ensuring every application is handled with the utmost care.
My strong communication skills enable me to guide clients smoothly through the often-complex loan process, providing clarity and ensuring a seamless path to closing. I also excel at collaborating with loan officers, underwriters, and clients, consistently managing multiple loan files at once while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining the highest standards of service.
Josh Van Leemput
West Coast Processing Manager
My name is Josh Van Leemput, and I’ve been working in the mortgage industry since 2002. Over the past 22 years, I’ve advanced from a Jr. Loan Processor to a Sr. Loan Processor, demonstrating my dedication and passion for the field. In my career, I’ve worked with only two companies, a testament to my loyalty and the strong relationships I’ve built with my colleagues. At my previous company, I was honored to be named team player of the year for five years and employee of the year for two years within my branch.
In my personal life, I’ve been happily married since 2006, and together, my wife and I have two amazing kids who keep us busy with their involvement in competitive soccer, cross country, and track. We travel often for their events, but it’s always worth it. Our favorite vacation spot is Cancun, a place we visit every year.
Looking ahead, I’m excited about a long-term future with Ops Perfection. My goal is to close a high
volume of loans and continually strive to be the best at what I do.

With over 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry, Alex brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role as an Account Manager. Before transitioning into account management, she had a strong background in real estate, customer service, and management.
She’s committed to delivering exceptional service by fostering strong relationships with clients and collaborating closely with operations to ensure seamless loan processing. Known for her approachable nature and dedication to excellence, she takes pride in being a resourceful and motivated partner to Ops Perfection’s clients.
Outside of work, Alex is a family-oriented individual who enjoys staying active and competitive, whether through sports, fantasy football, or traveling. Her passion for teamwork and
problem-solving is not just a professional attribute, but a personal one that she brings to life. She is always striving to help clients achieve their goals efficiently and effectively, inspiring those around her to do the same.
