TURNAROUND TIME COMMITMENT
- Initial Loan Set Up | 3rd Party Orders | Disclosures: Same Day if received by 2pm ** Disclosures will be sent if Title Fees are received unless otherwise requested from LO **
- Initial Review | Welcome Email & Call to borrower| Disclosures: 1 Business Day from Submission
- Submission to UW: 1 Business Day from Disclosures signed, and All Documents needed for approval
- Appraisal ordered: Same Day Disclosures are signed if it is by 4pm
- Approval review and Needs list to Borrower: 1 Business Day
- Re Submissions: 1 Business Day from receiving items needed
- Closing Docs: Same Day if CTC is sent by 2pm
- Funding: Same Day as set Funding Date

must be received by Title by 10am for Same Day Wire - Closing Packets: 3 Business Days
