We will provide you, your borrowers and referral partners with the highest level of fast and efficient service for one flat fee regardless of program or lender. Our fee is paid by the borrower as a 3rd party fee disclosed in Box B of the Loan Estimate at initial disclosing allowing Brokers / LO's to earn their full commission without the high cost of a processor salary or pay. - Most training events are FREE and provided as an additional service to all - Please see EVENTS for upcoming training
